About

Making Data Accessible

With support from the Gill Foundation and the Center for Employment Equity, this site makes data on LGBT discrimination charges accessible to the general public. These data are made available to the researchers through the Intergovernmental Personnel Act. Abiding by the strict confidentiality restrictions of the EEOC, we have created a series of interactive data visualizations, which will be updated periodically as new data are made available. In addition, more in-depth analysis is made available through research reports and webinars, which will be published on this site.
